Joyce and Bill Tom’s Benefit Concert at Hard Rock Cafe; Jergel’s Hosts No Bad Ju Ju (Wed., 11/23/16)

1) How about a rock event for a great cause? The Joyce and Bill Toms 11th Annual Thanksgiving Benefit Concert will be not only raising the decibel level but will also be raising funds and awareness for The Saint Vincent dePaul Society of Pittsburgh. Performing will be Bill Toms and Hard Rain (featuring The Soulville Horns), Helene Milan and The Aces, plus appearances by many special musical guests. 7 p.m. Hard Rock Cafe, 230 W. Station Square Dr., Station Square.

2) No Bad Juju is a local party band featuring a staggering eight members. This includes two lead vocalists and a horn section, which allows them to replicate the tracks of such beloved jumbo-sized bands as Parliament, Kool and the Gang, and Earth, Wind & Fire. Their set lists also include new hits from the likes of Katy Perry and Adele, as well as a few originals. This evening, they’ll be playing well into the night at Jergel’s Rhythm Grille. 9 p.m. 285 Northgate Dr., Warrendale.

3) Cappy’s Cafe in Shadyside is holding a Team Trivia contest tonight with Trivia Master John. 9 – 11 p.m. Yuengling draft special is $3 for a 20 oz. brew. 5431 Walnut St.
