Andrea Bocelli in Concert at PPG Paints Arena; Handmade Arcade Market at David Lawrence Convention Center (Sat., 12/4/21)

1) Vocal legend Andrea Bocelli will bring his talents to the PPG Paints arena tonight. He was last here to support , his sixteenth album and his first album of original material in 14 years. features Dua Lipa, Josh Groban, and Ed Sheeran, who co-wrote “Amo soltanto te.” Now he returns to tour after releasing Believe in 2020 and  Bocelli, who was born in Lajatico, Tuscany, Italy, became famous across Europe after dueting with Luciano Pavarotti on “Miserere.” Bocelli performed his first concert in the United States at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in 1998. He has sold over 90 million records worldwide and has been nominated four times for a Grammy award. His concert in Pittsburgh is at PPG Paints Arena. 8 p.m. 1001 Fifth Ave., Uptown. (C.M.)

2) The Handmade Arcade is like the mall, except that every seller is unique and unpredictable instead of the opposite. The annual craft fair has brought clothiers, printmakers, bookbinders, housewares creators, illustrators, stationery designers, knitters, toy smiths, bath product inventors and other artisans under one roof. Live glass blowing demonstrations, free grab-and-go craft kits, and more will be offered. This year, more than 150 vendors will be on hand, organized into seemingly endless rows in the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. The In Person Holiday Market is where people who pretend they’re too cool for Christmas shopping actually do their Christmas shopping. 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Free, but attendees must sign up ahead of time for tickets. 1000 Fort Duquesne Blvd., Cultural District.
