Godsmack Headlines UPROAR Fest; Braves Play Pirates (CPs Tues., 8/19/14)

1) Massachusetts alt-metal band Godsmack headlines the Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival, which also has SkilletBuckcherryPop EvilThese Raven Skies, and Tattered on the bill. Godsmack is touring in support of their latest album 1000 HP, with a single of the same name. Godsmack has had three straight No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 chart and 20 Top Ten hit rock songs. 3) At Theater Square, jazz guitarist Mark Lucas is the featured performer for this Tuesday’s JazzLive series at Agnes Katz Plaza.
