Reel Q Film Festival Continues on Area Screens (Sun., 10/5/25)

Reel Q: Pittsburgh LGBTQ Film Festival is programmed and presented by the Pittsburgh Lesbian and Gay Film Society. It features films created by gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered writers, directors, and actors. The 40th annual festival brings first-run LGBTQ-themed full-length films and short films ranging from comedies, dramas, avant-garde, and documentaries on six local screens. Today’s films include Heightened Security (3 p.m.), Rainbow Girls (5 p.m.), and United In Anger: A History of ACT UP (6:30 p.m.). For more info on featured films visit their website. The Festival, one of the country’s longest running ones, continues through October 11.
