11th Annual Ecolution Fashion Gala: Pop Couture Set for The Pennsylvanian

The 2026 Ecolution Fashion Gala‘s theme is Pop Couture: Fashion, Fame & Obsession. Set for Wednesday, September 30, the event is always a creative, lively mix of fashion, art, dance, and music. The Pennsylvanian is the new location for this year’s gala. Ecolution describes the theme as, “Emerging from a city that turned industry into imagination, Pop Couture is a, “Blending high-impact choreography, music channeling the energy of the 60’s, and couture-inspired design, Pop Couture tells the story of a generation captivated by image, visibility, and artistic rebellion. The production captures a moment when fashion became performance, art became industry, and fame emerged as the ultimate currency. At its core, Pop Couture: Fashion, Fame & Obsession is a meditation on identity and influence—on what it means to be a muse, an icon, and a creation of the very world that elevates you. Through choreographed movement and striking visual composition, the show examines how obsession with beauty and recognition can both empower and consume.”

Ecolution Environmental Fashion show features recycled materials used in creative, fashionable apparel and is produced by Ronda Zegarelli, Fashion Director is Brian David, and is styled by Izzazu Salon, Spa & Blowout Bar, Pittsburgh Earth Day the producer of the event said, “This year’s event introduces an extraordinary new venue that reflects the continued evolution of one of Pittsburgh’s most anticipated fashion experiences. With its iconic rotunda, soaring architecture and historic grandeur, The Pennsylvanian provides an unforgettable backdrop for Pop Couture: Fashion, Fame & Obsession,”
Ecolution is presented by Huntington Bank and is produced by The Green Voice Collective and in association with Pittsburgh Earth Day. The event is supported by a variety of local corporations and organizations. There is a pre-event VIP party from 6 to 7:30 p.m. under The Pennsylvanian rotunda.
