1) Clowns, elephants, tigers, horses, hoops, trapeze artists, three rings all add up to the “Greatest Show on Earth.” Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus has pulled into town, performing their latest version of their classic circus, “Fully Charged.” Circus is in town thru Sunday. 7 p.m. Consol Energy Center, Uptown.
2) Author Ray Bradbury’s science fiction novel “Fahrenheit 451” was published in 1953 and adapted by Bradbury himself in the late 1970s. Presented by Prime Stage Theatre and directed by Justin Fortunato, this production takes a look at the future and imagines that books are gone and we are surrounded by large, moving flat-paneled TVs. 8 p.m. New Hazlett Theater. 6 Allegheny Square East, North Side.
3) Olga Watkins, local jazz/blues vocalist, is the featured entertainer tonight at NOLA on the square. 8 p.m. 24 Market Square, Downtown.
4) Pittsburgh rockers, Tres Lads, are in concert tonight at Jergel’s Rhythm Grille. 9 p.m. 103 Slade Lane, Warrendale.
