1) Hey everybody, it’s Light Up Night Pittsburgh 2012, one of the region’s biggest free events. There are three stages full of musical groups: Market Square, Clemente Bridge and EQT Plaza, starting at 5 p.m. Artists include: Joe Grushecky and the Houserockers, Kenny Blake Quartet and The Stickers. See Santa turn on the holiday lights. Watch Macy’s unveil their holiday window displays. Enjoy fireworks at 9:38 p.m. launched from the Andy Warhol Bridge.
2) Also downtown tonight is jazz vocalist Adam Brock at Andys Wine Bar in the Fairmont Hotel. 8 p.m.-midnight. No cover. 510 Market Street, Downtown.
3) NOLA on the square features New Orlean’s style jazz with John Gresh’s Gris- Gris. 8 p.m. 24 Market Square, Downtown.
4) The Turtle Island String Quartet, a double Grammy-award winning jazz group, are in concert tonight at the Manchester Craftsmen’s Guild with jazz vocalist Tierney Sutton Poets & Prayers. 7 & 9:30 p.m. 1815 Metropolitan Street, Manchester.
