Thanksgiving is a day for all of us to count our blessings no matter how big or small they are. A day to give thanks together no matter what way we choose to worship or not worship. It’s a day of hope and fellowship; we can all get together and break bread, enjoy some turkey, turducken, or tofu turkey; candied yams, cranberries (fresh or canned loaf) mashed potatoes and stuffing. Let’s not forget about some pumpkin or apple pie with creme fraiche or Cool Whip.
