1) The Bachelor Casting Call is happening at Rivers Casino Banquet Space from 5-9 pm. Men and women can take a chance at being one of the contestants on an upcoming season of The Bachelor reality show on ABC (carried locally on WTAE, Channel 4). Must be over 21 years of age. All right, I admit I watch the show occasionally.

2) The Heat is on, so get to Bahama Breeze in Robinson or the Tiki Lounge on the South Side for a cold/frozen alcohol drink possibly with an umbrella and cherry in it.

3) Free Energy is a touring, guitar-driven band with a cool song called “Bang Pop.” They’re playing a 7 pm, 18 and over show at the Shadow Lounge in East Liberty.

4) Billy’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill features Mark Pipas playing all your favorite songs with piano and acoustic guitar. 5-7:30 pm. Wexford.

5) Billy Price and the Lost Minds get you in the blues groove at Frankie & Georgie’s 4wood Grille. Show starts at 8 pm. Squirrel Hill.
