1) On the menu tonight at Jergel’s Rhythm Grille is a heapin’ helpin’ of Southern fried rock from Molly Hatchet. “Flirtin’ With Disaster,” “Dreams I’ll Never See” and “Gator Country” are the songs that propelled Molly Hatchet to the upper echelon of 197os Southern rock. The band hails from Jacksonville, Florida, the same town that produced the legendary Lynyrd Skynyrd. 8 p.m. 285 Northgate Dr., Warrendale.
2) Pop and hip-hop singer Aaron Carter plays Hard Rock Cafe. Special guests are Marcus Meston and Nick Barilla. 8 p.m. 230 W. Station Square Dr., Station Square.
3) The “beats” keep coming with DRUMline LIVE, a one night only event featuring some of this nations best marching band musicians accompanied by talented dancers. DRUMline LIVE is a high energy marching band music and dance event. 7:30 p.m. Benedum Center. 237 7th St., Cultural District.
4) DJ Soy Sos and Ben Opie team up tonight for the Space Exchange Series at Thunderbird Cafe. Soy Sos is a DJ and music producer who grew up in Pittsburgh. Ben Opie is a versatile Pittsburgh musician and a producer of the Space Exchange Series. The fusion of their two musical styles could make a nice reggae/dub/jazz blend. 9 p.m. No Cover. 4023 Butler St., Lawrenceville.
