2) The Space Exchange experimental jazz series continues with David Throckmortin Trio. 9 p.m. No cover. Thunderbird Cafe. 4023 Butler St. Lawrenceville.
3) South Side Stories is not a new Rick Sebak documentary or a WDVE Morning Show skit. It is writer/actor Tami Dixon’s one-woman show which played recently at City Theatre and is back for an encore run through Sunday. Dixon spent two years gathering neighborhood stories from South Side natives about working in South Side steel mills, drinking in local haunts, parking chairs, teenage mischief and more. Directed by Matt M. Morrow. 7 p.m. 1300 Bingham Street, South Side!
