Saints vs. Steelers; Extra, Extra: Last Day for “Newsies” (CPs Sun., 11/30/14)

1) The Steelers, well rested after a bye week, will take on the New Orleans Saints in a 1 p.m. game this afternoon at Heinz Field. Let’s hope that Cameron Heyward and James Harrison will get to Saints quarterback Drew Brees early and often. 100 Art Rooney Ave., North Shore.

2) Disney’s Newsies, which won Tony Awards in 2012 for Best Score and Choreography, is adapted from the 1992 movie, based loosely on the 1899 Newsboys Strike in New York City. The show features top-notch song and dance numbers and is brought to town by the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s PNC Broadway Across America series. Ends today. 1 and 6:30 p.m. Benedum Center, 237 7^th St., Cultural District.

3) Happy Valley is a documentary film by Amir Bar-Lev chronicling life in State College, PA a year after Jerry Sandusky was convicted of child sexual abuse. It includes interviews with several key figures in the series of events. 7 p.m. Hollywood Theater, 1449 Potomac Ave., Dormont.
