The Moth Story Slam Detours to the Rex (CP’s Tues. 3/12/13)

1) The Moth Story Slam is in Pittsburgh tonight at the Rex Theater. This show is titled  Detours (if it is about road construction detours it will capture the hearts of Pittsburghers!) The Moth is a nationally acclaimed organization dedicated to the art and craft of storytelling. They present fascinating, true stories told in a compelling manner. 8 p.m. 1602 E. Carson St., South Side.

2) The Boston Bruins are in town to take on our Pens in a hockey game at Consol Energy Center. 7:30 p.m. 1001 Fifth Ave., Uptown.

3) Terrance Vaughn’s Prince Review will cover the hits from the musicians long and popular recording career. 8 p.m. Jergel’s Rhythm Grille. 285 Northgate Dr., Warrendale.

4) Head on over and ski on Mt. Dew (Seven Springs Mountain Resort).  Tuesday’s are “Dewsday’s” at Seven Springs, receive a  complimentary Mountain Dew T-Shirt with each ski/snowboard pass sold that day.
