Il Pizzaiolo Hampton Food and Wine Dinner; Balcony Big Band at Jergels (Mon., 10/9/17)

1) Il Pizzaiolo Hampton’s is hosting a six-course food and wine dinner pairing. Home-style Italian fare will be highlighted along with fine Italian wines. Menu highlights from Chef Matt Stover include: lemon sole roulade with gnocchi; smoked duck breast with fresh spinach linguine and wild mushrooms with white truffle oil; beef short ribs; and a ribeye filet. 2) The Balcony Big Band is hitting only high notes in a Monday night performance at Jergel’s Rhythm Grille. The 18 member group makes a big, beautiful sound. Get in some Monday relaxation with good music. 7 p.m. No cover. 285 Northgate Dr., Warrendale.
