Pentatonix at the Pete (Sun., 11/28/21)

Pentatonix will belt out some musical medicine capable of curing  any case of the post-Thanksgiving blues. The group will bring their The Evergreen Christmas tour 2021 to the Petersen Events Center tonight. This five-piece a cappella group combines undeniable vocal talent with a knack for beat-boxed rhythms and grooves, creating a sonic experience scarcely matched on any level. The group won season three of NBC’s “The Sing-Off,” and their debut extended-play, PTX Vol. 1, charted at No. 14 on the Billboard 200 Charts in the summer of 2012. Fun, energetic, and supremely talented—that’s Pentatonix. Evergreen, a holiday album released in October, is the group’s latest LP. 7 p.m. 3719 Terrace St., Oakland.(E.C.)
