Pitt Panthers vs. Louisville Cardinals at The Pete; Cappy’s Cafe Team Trivia Night (Wed., 1/9/19)

1) The Pitt Panthers basketball team play the Louisville Cardinals in a little game of hoops tonight.The Panthers have a very young and green team and a new coach, but are playing hard and making progress. Hopefully they will play better then they did on Saturday versus a very good North Carolina team. Jump ball is at 8 p.m.. Petersen Events Center, 3719 Terrace St., Oakland.

2) Cappy’s Cafe in Shadyside is holding a Team Trivia contest tonight from 9 – 11 p.m. There’s a Yuengling draft special of $3.50 for a 24 oz. beer. An order of Cappy’s wings would pair up nicely with a Yuengling or your favorite brew. 5431 Walnut St.
