Yelawolf in Concert at Roxian Theatre (Wed., 7/16/25)

Noted hip-hop superstar and multi-platinum recording artist Yelawolf has recently released a collaborative album with rising urban country artist J. Michael Phillips. The album, Whiskey & Roses, is on Yelawolf’s independent record label, Slumerican. He is known for his one-of-a-kind fusion of country storytelling and acoustic guitars combined with the rhythm, energy and trap-style beats of rap. Yelawolf has amassed nearly 3 million streams since the release of his debut album, Urban Cowboy, in 2023. His press info says, “Though he spent most of his life in and out of prison, Phillips found during those years locked up that music was one of his greatest talents and escapes. He knew that if he was going to succeed in the music business, he needed to take it seriously and stop wasting his life in the streets, and that’s exactly what he did.” This evening you can catch Yelawolf in the ‘Burgh at the Roxian Theatre in McKees Rocks. 7 p.m. 425 Chartiers Ave.
