Almost Half Way Through Winter – Hooray!

We’ve made it through December and January. We’re almost mid-way through February. What a great month February is, 3 out of 4 years it’s only 28 days. A short winter month, what a nice concept! Even though it’s cold, there’s still a lot of interesting entertainment options available this time of year. Local theatrical companies are running some great productions; talented musicians and bands, both local and national, are playing the burg; our innovative restaurants are cooking up some tasty hot food; the clubs are keeping it warm with lots of body heat (especially in the crowded bars of the South Side); Academy Award nominated movies are playing our neighborhood movie houses and the museums are displaying interesting exhibits. Let’s get out and make the most of this time of year!
