Pittsburgh Earth Day Festivities Kick Off with La Fleur at Phipps Conservatory

2025’s Earth Day Celebrations kick off in a big way with a collaborative event between Pittsburgh Earth Day and its media outlet, The Green Voice, and Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens on Thursday, April 3 at Phipps. Set against the incredible backdrop of Phipps’ Spring Flower Show, the evening will feature music, art, fashion, culture and beautiful botanicals. Locations include Palm Court, Broderie Room, South Conservatory, and more.

The entertainment lineup includes opera singer Daphne Alderson, Cello Fury String Quartet Trio, Confluence Ballet, a dance performance by Cameron Waters and Nia Goodman, and dancing with DJ Jimmy. Additionally there will be fashion displays by Bradford Mumpower, Michael Kouri, Patricia Gallagher, and Taylor Fisher; floral fashion draping by Brian David; floral headpiece fashions on event greeters designed by Olesya Nova; and local artist Claire Hardy will feature paintings from her Jolie Fleur collection.

One can attend with VIP Admission ($150): Includes event access, two complimentary St. Germain Signature Elderflower Liqueur Cocktails, and plant-forward, French-inspired appetizers; or General Admission ($125): Includes full event access and plant-forward, French-inspired appetizers.
