Cool Picks brings you the best in Pittsburgh entertainment every day!

The play is written by Osvaldo Golijov and directed by Karla Boos. 8 p.m . East Liberty Presbyterian Church, 116 S. Highland Ave., East Liberty.

2) Sinbad (David Adkins), comedian and actor, is in performance tonight at Greensburg’s Palace Theatre. 8 p.m. 21 W. 3) Over at Stage AE tonight is Umphrey’s McGee, a Midwest, progressive-rock jam band. The opening act is The Bright Light Social Hour. Doors open 7:30 p.m., North Shore.

4) Com Truise (this is not a typo) is one of many stage names of musician Seth Haley.
