1) Lou Gramm, lead vocalist for the rock group “Foreigner” and accomplished solo artist, visits the ‘burgh for a show at Jergel’s Rhythm Grille tonight. Gramm and Foreigner had many hits which included: “Juke Box Hero,” “Cold As Ice,” “Urgent” and “Waiting for a Girl Like You.” 8 p.m. 103 Slade Lane, Warrendale.

2) Over at Stage AE, The Smashing Pumpkins, an alternative rock band fronted by Billy Corgan, take the stage. “The Smashing Pumpkins” rose out of Chicago in the late 1980s and are know for songs “Tonight, Tonight,” “Mayonaise” and “Bullet With Butterfly Wings.” Doors open 7 p.m., North Shore.

3) Raul Malo, indy radio fave,  is in concert tonight at the New Hazlett Theater. Malo’s music is a rich blend of blues, country and jazz. 8 p.m. 6 Allegheny Square East, North Side.

4) Bay area brothers Shannon and Spence Koehler, and Aaron Mort, otherwise known as The Stone Foxes, infuse their catchy rock songs with great guitar work, a tight rhythm section and an occasional blues harp.  You can see them in action at Club Cafe. 8 p.m. 56-58 South 12th St., South Side.
