1) The Waterfront is holding their Sixth Annual Food & Wine Festival, benefitting Animal Friends. Nibble appetizers, dishes,  desserts and have a cocktail or some vino from 20+restaurants and wineries including: Blue Dust, Mitchell’s Fish Market, Christian Klay Winery, Greenhouse Winery, Rock Bottom Brewery, and you’re just getting started.  And don’t miss a two-hour appearance by “Tall Cathy” of Kiss FM, so you can see just how tall she is! 5-9 p.m., West Homestead.

2) AWOLNATION, American electronic rockers, are the star attraction at Altar Bar tonight. Also on the bill are Imagine Dragons, ZEALE, White Wives. 7:30 p.m. 1620 Penn Avenue, Strip District.

3) Jergel’s Rhythm Grille presents rockers Hawksbill Crossing, playing rock/folk/country in concert tonight. 8 p.m. No Cover. 103 Slade Lane, Warrendale.

4) Wye Oak, avant garde folk rockers, play Mr. Smalls Funhouse with special guests Callers,  Cold Weather. 8 p.m. 400 Lincoln Avenue, Millvale.
