1) Super group Asia is in playing “the burgh” tonight. Asia is made up of British rockers John Wetton, Steve Howe, Geoff Downes, Carl Palmer. The band enjoyed big success in the 1980s with songs “Heat of the Moment,” ” Sole Survivor,” and “Only Time Will Tell.” Asia will play their “Asia” album in it’s entirety; the world-wide, best selling album of 1982. 8 p.m., Carnegie Library Music Hall. 510 E. 10th St., Munhall.

2) Mr. Smalls Funhouse hosts resilient, synth-pop band Shiny Toy Guns with special guests MNDR and Colourmusic. 8 p.m. 400 Lincoln Ave., Millvale.

3) It’s “Team Trivia” night at Cappy’s Cafe in Shadyside. Round up some of your smartest friends (no more than 5 on a team) and head on over. Trivia contest goes from 9-11 p.m. While pondering the trivia question answers, keep your gray matter hydrated with 20 oz. 4) Club Cafe is holding its “Halloween Hootenanny;” entertainers include “Dog the Bounty Hunter Band” (Chet Vincent and Molly Alphabet); Adam and Woody of Triggers; Caleb Pogyor and Homeless Gospel Choir.  Join Club Cafe for a night of ghastly fun. 7 p.m., doors open; 8 p.m., show.  Wear a costume for an admission discount. 56-58 South 12th St., South Side.
