2) Pittsburgh son and noted comedian Eddie Ifft returns home for a Thanksgiving week comedy run at Pittsburgh Improv. Ifft grew up in Fox Chapel and attended the University of Pittsburgh. Following graduation, he moved to New York City to try his hand at standup comedy. With successful gigs on the comedy club circuit, he landed appearances on BET’s “Comic View,” “Comedy Central Presents,” and NBC’s “Last Comic Standing.” His success continued, and he received roles on projects with Tommy Chong and Queen Latifiah.
