RAD Days Octoberfest at Cultural Trust’s Backyard (Sun., 9/25/22)

RADical Days is a big beautiful thank you to Allegheny County taxpayers for their support of various regional asset organizations each year with a small amount of their local taxes. County residents are rewarded with free events, programming, and activities on certain days by individual organizations. Today’s highlight is a free Octoberfest at the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s Backyard outdoor stage and performance space in the Cultural District. Highlights include live musical performances by The Polkameisters and The KOSMIX Band, public art installations, and lawn games. Food options include the R&G SmokeShack truck and food tents with a variety of German-themed food and desserts. And no Octoberfest celebration would not be complete without beer! Noon to 7 p.m. 8th Street and Penn Avenue.
