Richie Ramone Plays Hard Rock Cafe (Mon., 4/4/22)

1, 2, 3, 4 was the signature countdown to many of the Ramones’ songs. Tonight at the Hard Rock Cafe, get your Ramones experience through an appearance by Ramones drummer Richie Ramone. (Real name: Richard Reinhardt. All of the Ramones adopted “Ramone” as their last name). Richie was with the band from 1982 to 1987 and was the only Ramones drummer to write songs, including “Somebody Put Something in My Drink.” He also sang lead vocals on certain songs. Rising to fame out of Queens, N.Y., the Ramones were a seminal punk rock band and influenced many artists. They are known for their high-energy performances. Public Nature and The Skratchtrax are the openers. 8 p.m. 230 W. Station Square Dr., Station Square.
